Job summary

Stripe’s Global Business Services’ Commercial Solutions team is seeking a Commercial Solutions Program Manager to own end-to-end program development and launch readiness that drive revenue for Stripe. You will lead cross-functional programs with Sales, Deal Pricing, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations, scaling global initiatives and acting as a change agent across the business.

Qualifications

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional commercial or GBS launch readiness programs with Stripe-wide impact.
• Manage a highly complex program requiring significant resources and integration.
• Support the commercial program deal motion with pricing strategists and internal stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, services, and other teams to develop and scale programs.
• Identify systemic issues and propose holistic solutions.
• Navigate complex programmatic problems at scale across Go-To-Market and Stripe.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Product to resolve blockers.
• Provide coaching for team members and upskill the function.
• Act as a liaison for custom elements with Sales, Deal Pricing, and Deal Strategy Strategists.
• Facilitate leadership meetings to optimize effectiveness across the organization.
• Advocate for positions and gain cross-functional alignment quickly.
• Build credibility and trust with internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and persuasive abilities.
• Lead projects to solve commercialization issues.
