Job summary

ALSO is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to serve as the keystone cross-functional hub across the Commercial organization—coordinating workstreams, driving OKR rhythm, and keeping US and EU teams aligned.

This role spans Marketing, Sales, Digital and Physical Retail, Analytics, Customer Success, Service Operations, and Logistics, with emphasis on Finance, Digital Systems, and S&OP coordination to turn strategy into execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, operations, or cross-functional projects in commercial/retail settings.
• Proven ability to coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Retail, Analytics and more.
• Experience working with US and EU teams, with time-zone sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Own operating rhythm for Commercial OKRs and cross-functional forums.
• Coordinate US/EU teams and align priorities, owners, and timelines.
• Maintain documentation and dashboards for leadership visibility.
