Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Real Estate, Risk Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, procurement, supply chain, or real estate.
• Demonstrated experience in supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract coordination.
• Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse lease expirations, move-outs, and property handbacks across the Americas.
• Lead RFx processes, bid comparisons, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract execution.
• Oversee disposition of surplus, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory across the regional warehouse network.
• Procure and administer warehouse General Liability insurance, including renewals and coverage reviews.
• Collect and analyze market information, prepare dashboards and presentations for regional leadership.
• Translate market findings into practical recommendations supporting sourcing, leasing, budgeting, and operational decisions.
• Monitor supplier performance, risk, and compliance with contracts.
