Job summary

The role partners with executive stakeholders to align processes, technology, and capabilities with customer needs while promoting accountability and continuous improvement. Travel; 50-70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Business, Sales, Finance, IT, Sales Operations, or related functions with focus on business transformation and process improvement.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and developing talent.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, process optimization, and CRM or enterprise system initiatives.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and change leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the long-term commercial excellence roadmap to support growth, profitability, and customer-focused sales and service strategies.
• Partner with executive leaders and global teams to achieve strategic goals and lead organizational transformation.
• Lead pricing and revenue optimization teams; oversee master data, contract management, and customer service.
• Develop sales capability and drive process improvement and project management.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance commercial tools.
• Improve sales and service effectiveness and lead subsequent improvements.
• Collaborate with IT to modernize the commercial application landscape and reduce complexity.
• Increase adoption of global business solutions and automation programs.
• Lead change management, communications, and training programs.
