Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience.
• Experience leading large field-based teams and driving growth in a complex B2B industrial market.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue growth, margin, pricing, and channel optimization.
• Executive presence with senior customers and partners.
• Ability to navigate regulatory, safety, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the USCA commercial strategy and execution roadmap.
• Lead a dispersed team of 50+ sales and technical professionals.
• Build executive-level relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Translate market trends into account and channel strategies.
• Collaborate across functions to align priorities and remove barriers to growth.
• Set performance expectations and operating rhythms across the USCA organization.
• Manage annual sales plans and budgets with disciplined resource allocation.
• Develop succession depth within the commercial leadership team.
• Champion accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
