Job summary

PPG is seeking a Commercial Excellence Analyst to empower the Coatings Services commercial organization with data-driven insights. You will develop reporting, dashboards, and BI tools, drive Voice of Customer programs, and support CRM operations to improve decision-making and sales productivity.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and data governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, or related functions.
• Experience creating dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that communicate complex data to business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial reporting, dashboards, and BI tools providing visibility to pipeline performance, revenue, profitability, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Manage Voice of Customer and customer insight programs including surveys, feedback analysis, and segmentation.
• Support commercial operations through CRM data quality, leads, and recurring sales reporting.
• Provide analytical support for pricing, sales operations, process improvement, and growth projects.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate data into insights for decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, reporting tools, and data governance.
