Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation seeks a Counsel to provide practical, business-focused legal advice across a global CDMO footprint, including North Carolina, Texas, the UK, and Denmark. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, identify risks, and support cross-functional initiatives to enable timely, customer-focused outcomes while protecting legal rights.

You will contribute to standard contracting templates, training, and global alignment, collaborating with senior attorneys

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; academic honors preferred.
• Admitted to at least one U.S. state bar; North Carolina admission preferred.
• 3–8 years of experience in a law firm, in-house, or both, preferably supporting CDMO/life-sciences.
• Strong contracting background with drafting/negotiating complex agreements.
• Ability to manage a substantial workload in a global, matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with GMP, data privacy, competition and pharma regulation.
• Experience with modern legal tech and AI in contracting.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, supply, development, manufacturing, services, and NDAs.
• Advise business teams on legal issues from collaborations, bids, and programs.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; escalate material matters to senior counsel.
• Manage assigned caseload with independence and clear status updates.
• Provide guidance on IP provisions and licenses in coordination with patent counsel.
• Prepare briefings and practical recommendations for business leadership.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and contracting standards for use across FLBG.
• Deliver legal training on contracting processes and compliance topics.
• Coordinate with internal experts and outside counsel on complex, regulatory matters.
