FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Counsel to provide practical, business-focused legal advice on commercial agreements and cross-border initiatives across its North America and global CDMO businesses. You will work independently and with senior attorneys to enable timely, customer-oriented outcomes while protecting the company’s legal rights.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school; academic honors preferred.
• Admitted to at least one U.S. state bar; North Carolina admission preferred.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in law firm or in-house role, preferably supporting CDMO/life-sciences.
• Strong contracting background with complex agreements.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, supply, development, manufacturing, licenses, and NDAs.
• Advise business teams on legal and contractual issues and support issue resolution and deal closure.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory and business risks across CDMO and life-sciences operations.
