Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Coordinator, Market Supply Services in New York to manage export logistics end-to-end. You will coordinate shipments with production, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure on-time, compliant exports and accurate documentation.

Hybrid role with a flexible schedule; you’ll contribute to process improvements, SOPs, and KPIs like on-time shipment performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of export logistics experience, preferably in beverage alcohol or CPG.
• Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, HTS, and TTB regulations.
• Experience with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Proficiency in ERP and logistics systems; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Export Operations & Coordination: end-to-end export shipment processes for finished goods, booking, docs, scheduling, tracking.
• Documentation & Compliance: provide export docs (Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, CoO) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Customer & Partner Communication: be primary contact for customers, forwarders, 3PLs, and brokers; provide updates.
• Logistics Optimization: develop SOPs for export workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Data Management & Reporting: maintain shipment records in ERP/TMS and report KPIs to leadership.
