Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in web development, CMS management, or a hybrid web production role.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms and content publishing workflows.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI and accessibility in web projects.
- Experience with analytics tools to measure site performance and engagement.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development, QA, and publishing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build, update, and maintain web pages, landing pages, blogs, and content across CMS platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering to handle complex development needs and optimizations.
- Review analytics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and validate analytics tagging, SEO, and reporting requirements.
- Leverage AI tools to speed up development, automation, and QA processes.
- Support launches and cross-functional projects with product, marketing, and design teams.
