- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum ceremonies, and Jira.
- Hands-on CMS experience including translations & localization.
- Strong communication across business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather and clarify business partner requests for digital content and product enhancements.
- Translate requests into actionable requirements and user stories.
- Coordinate work across onshore developers and offshore content resources.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and track delivery through Jira.
- Account for CMS dependencies, content organization, translations, and internationalization when defining work.
- Support content initiatives while applying established product delivery practices.
- Identify workflow improvements, including potential uses of AI or automation where appropriate.
