Job summary

Albert seeks a seasoned Infrastructure and Security leader to define an enterprise-grade cloud platform and security posture across global teams. You will shape architecture, cost management, and compliance with Zero Trust and IaC standards.

Lead a follow-the-sun SRE organization spanning India, Europe, and the US; advance CI/CD maturity, incident response, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE.
• Deep AWS expertise; Azure exposure required.
• Kubernetes at architectural depth; not just operations.
• Experience designing SLO frameworks, error budgets, and service reliability programs.
• Experience building or managing global, distributed engineering teams.
• Strong security fundamentals: IAM, Zero Trust, SAST/DAST, SIEM/EDR.
• Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce a coherent cloud architecture strategy across all engineering teams.
• Own cloud cost strategy with per-unit metrics, budgets, and leadership dashboards.
• Own security posture end-to-end: patching, SAST/DAST, WAF, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP.
• Implement and evolve Zero Trust across cloud and identity layers.
• Drive compliance readiness for SOC 2, GxP obligations, and ITAR/FedRAMP paths.
• Own Azure interoperability strategy to meet enterprise integration needs.
• Lead ML/AI infrastructure platforms for reliable backends in data science.
• Drive IaC standardization and DevOps maturity across the org.
