Job summary

Albert seeks a Head of Infrastructure & Security to own global cloud infrastructure, reliability, and security. You will shape architecture, IaC tooling, monitoring, and CI/CD standards across teams, with accountability for patching, SAST/DAST, WAF, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and Zero Trust.

You will lead a follow-the-sun SRE model spanning India, the US, and a planned EU team, while partnering with Finance on cost strategy and collaborating on an ML/AI infrastructure platform for data science

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud infrastructure or site reliability engineering.
• Senior leadership experience with a distributed team.
• Deep AWS expertise across multi-account design and IAM/KMS.
• Proven ability to build SLOs, error budgets, and incident response programs.
• Experience with security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own global infrastructure, reliability, and security functions.
• Lead cloud architecture, IaC tooling, monitoring, and CI/CD standards.
• Oversee security posture end-to-end: patching, SAST/DAST, WAF, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, and Zero Trust.
• Manage third-party security partnerships, audits, and security awareness.
• Guide cloud cost strategy with Finance and leadership dashboards.
• Build and scale global SRE across regions (India, US, EU).
• Oversee ML/AI infrastructure platform for data science models.
• Ensure interoperability with Azure environments and BYOK policies.
