Job summary

Replit is seeking a Cloud Security Lead to shape the cloud and infrastructure security program across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will own CSPM baselines, secure SaaS platforms, and drive secure-by-default development with engineering teams.

You will lead incident response, collaborate with Compliance, Security Architecture, and Platform teams, and mentor security engineers in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cloud engineering experience with 3+ in a senior/lead role.
• Hands-on with CSPM tools and multi-cloud security configurations.
• Deep expertise in GCP security and SaaS platform governance.
• IaC security experience with Terraform or similar tooling.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud security engineering across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Own CSPM baselines, guardrails, and remediation workflows.
• Secure critical SaaS platforms and multi-tenant AI infra.
• Drive secure-by-default development with CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with Security Monitoring, Compliance, Architecture, and DevOps.
