Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Global Head of Cloud & Infrastructure to lead the Cloud & Infrastructure organization across the enterprise, shaping strategy and governance for global tech platforms.

The role oversees hybrid multi-cloud platforms on Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure, driving reliability, cost optimization, security, and scalable AI foundations. This is a high-impact, executive-level role in a regulated global business.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience with minimum 5 years leading global cloud and infrastructure organizations of comparable scale and complexity.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise cloud transformation and platform modernization at scale across hybrid, multi-cloud environments including orchestration platforms and infrastructure as code tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading global enterprise network organizations across cloud, data center, campus, and edge environments, including SASE/SSE modernization and zero-trust network access implementation.
• Deep operating experience in highly regulated industries with regulatory compliance expertise (finance, capital markets, data analytics).
• Executive-level fluency working with regulators, external auditors, and enterprise risk functions with accountability for large-scale technology budgets and vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&P Global's Cloud & Infrastructure organization across global divisions.
• Architect and operate a hybrid, multi-cloud estate across Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure with reliability and cost optimization.
• Engineer global networks spanning cloud interconnect, data centers, campus and branch locations with SASE/SSE and zero-trust.
• Industrialize GenAI capabilities enterprise-wide with trust, safety, and observability for AI at scale.
• Drive risk-based vulnerability management and cyber-resilience with the CISO organization.
• Align architecture with M&A to accelerate integration and value realization.
