Job summary

Cencora seeks a Senior Director of Cloud Security to lead global strategy, architecture, engineering, and governance of cloud security across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will secure IaaS/PaaS, SaaS, containerized workloads, and cloud-native apps while enabling business velocity and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with CISO and technology leaders to build scalable defense capabilities, develop KPIs, and manage a worldwide team of architects and engineers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of directly-related or relevant experience.
• 8+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably in information security.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise cloud security strategy aligned to risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Establish cloud security reference architectures, guardrails, and design patterns.
• Lead cloud security governance across AWS, Azure, GCP, and strategic SaaS providers.
• Own cloud security policy framework and control standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).
• Present cloud risk posture and roadmap to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop secure-by-design and DevSecOps integration with Secure SDLC teams.
• Drive IaC and policy-as-code initiatives with Platform Engineering.
• Oversee CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP, DSPM platforms and related tooling.
