Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for a core Cloud Security portfolio, delivering protection, detection, and response across workloads, containers, identities, and data in cloud environments.

You will lead a team of product managers, align with engineering, sales, and marketing, and translate market signals into a winning roadmap while working closely with customers and analysts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management at enterprise SaaS or infrastructure companies.
• 2+ years leading and managing other product managers.
• Direct experience owning a cloud security or cloud-native product.
• Ability to build pricing models and connect roadmap decisions to ARR and margin.
• Technical fluency with cloud architecture and containers.

Responsibilities

• Own and evangelize the strategy and vision for your area of the Cloud Security portfolio.
• Build, lead, and grow a team of product managers; set the bar for PRDs, roadmaps, pricing/packaging, and customer communications.
• Maintain the product roadmap and make explicit tradeoffs and prioritization calls.
• Define and report against key business metrics for your product area (pipeline, win/loss, retention, usage).
• Partner with engineering leadership on architecture and sequencing decisions.
• Work with sales, solutions engineering, and marketing to sharpen positioning and support strategic deals.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and analysts to validate roadmap assumptions.
• Represent Cloud Security in planning, tying decisions to revenue and margin.
