Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Cloud Security portfolio to own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes across workloads, containers, identities, and data in hybrid environments. This player-coach role will build and lead product managers while staying close to market signals and data to make sharp calls.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customers to translate market signals into a winning roadmap and renewal-ready product.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management at enterprise SaaS or infrastructure companies.
• 2+ years leading and managing other product managers.
• Experience owning a cloud security product (CWPP/CSPM/CNAPP/DSPM or adjacent).
• Strong business judgment, including pricing and impact on ARR and margin.

Responsibilities

• Own and evangelize the strategy and vision for the Cloud Security portfolio.
• Build, lead, and grow a team of product managers.
• Maintain the product roadmap and make explicit tradeoff calls.
• Define and report against key business metrics (pipeline, win/loss, retention, usage).
• Partner with engineering on architecture and sequencing decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions engineering, and marketing for positioning and deals.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and analysts to test roadmap assumptions.
• Represent Cloud Security in planning and tie decisions to revenue and margin.
