Job summary

3Cloud, LLC is seeking a Senior Director, Cloud Security to lead growth, development, and delivery of cloud security capabilities across Microsoft Azure. You will build a differentiated portfolio of security services, influence go-to-market, and drive revenue with enterprise clients.

The role blends market-facing leadership with senior client advisory, partnering with sales, delivery teams, Microsoft, and Cognizant to shape opportunities and scale a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, consulting, or related fields.
• 8+ years in formal, progressive leadership roles in consulting, architecture, or professional services.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud security, identity, networking, governance, automation, and platform operations.
• Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation, migration, or modernization programs.
• Proven success developing and selling consulting services while owning or influencing pipeline, bookings, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for the Cloud Security practice.
• Develop and evolve a portfolio of repeatable Cloud Security offerings and reference architectures.
• Lead complex solutioning efforts including discovery, architecture, estimation, proposals, pricing, and executive presentations.
• Provide executive oversight for strategic and high-risk engagements and ensure delivery quality and client outcomes.
