Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director of Cloud Security to lead global strategy, architecture, engineering, and governance for cloud security across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. This role secures IaaS/PaaS, SaaS platforms, containerized workloads, and cloud-native application architectures while enabling business velocity, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in cybersecurity, computer science, information security, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise cloud security strategy.
Establish cloud security reference architectures and guardrails.
Lead cloud security governance across AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS providers.
Own cloud security policy framework and control standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).
Drive automation-first infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code strategies.
Oversee cloud logging, telemetry, and SIEM/SOAR integration.
Partner with Risk Management on vulnerability management and remediation pipelines.
Build and lead a global team of cloud security architects and engineers.
