Job summary

Oracle seeks an experienced Network Engineer for the Network Region Build (NRB) team in the United States. You will design, deploy, and operate large-scale global cloud networks, supporting OCI regions and multi-cloud connectivity.

You will collaborate with Network Automation to drive automation, tooling, and process improvements while handling 24x7 operational support during build phases. The role requires deep knowledge of network protocols, scripting or programming skills, and a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred and at least 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead network lifecycle management programs with defined objectives and delivery procedures.
• Coordinate with engineers and leadership to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation.
• Serve as SME in cross-functional activities and mentor junior team members.
• Decompose high-level architectures into detailed designs for scalable network solutions.
• Develop scripts to automate complex tasks and integrate with monitoring/automation systems.
• Provide break-fix support for large-scale network events and assist with root-cause analysis.
