Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead the operational delivery of global infrastructure and platform services. You will direct cloud, networking, identity, endpoint, and server operations, driving security, reliability, and cost efficiency while aligning with business goals.

The role requires strong leadership across multiple disciplines, budget stewardship, and accountable governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant infrastructure experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines, including experienced professionals and/or subordinate managers.
• Broad technical knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud platforms, identity services, endpoint management, infrastructure security, server platforms, and IT operations.
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes and platforms, including Change, Incident, Problem, Asset, Configuration, Request, and Access Management, and ServiceNow workflows.

Responsibilities

• Departmental Leadership & Operational Planning: set objectives, procedures, and priorities in line with IT strategy and policies.
• Infrastructure & Platform Service Delivery: ensure reliable delivery of networking, cloud, data center, identity, endpoint, and server services.
• Cloud & Platform Implementation: manage cloud migrations, platform upgrades, and hosting reductions.
• Network Architecture & Engineering Oversight: lead SD-WAN, routing, security, and hybrid cloud networking.
• Endpoint, Identity & Security Platforms: oversee endpoint management, identity services, and security platforms.
• Compliance, Resilience & Risk: implement controls for governance, risk, and compliance.
• IT Service Management & Change Governance: enforce ITSM processes and change governance, including CAB participation.
• Budget, Suppliers & Cost Management: manage budgets and vendor relationships for cost optimization.
• People Leadership & Global Ways of Working: develop teams across regions and enable follow-the-sun delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: engage with senior management, security, architecture, and business stakeholders.
