Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager CNS to lead Phase I–IV clinical trials with global reach. You will own study delivery from start-up through closeout, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met while building strong client relationships.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources and financial performance, and drive process improvements across global projects, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical pharma project management or equivalent CRO leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional, CNS clinical research teams.
• Strong financial, budgeting, and contract management skills.
• Solid knowledge of ICH/GCP and global regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from start-up to closeout across Phase I–IV.
• Drive planning, execution, tracking, and risk management to meet timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external partners and vendors for seamless execution.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage resources and develop contingency plans to sustain momentum.
• Monitor financial performance and support revenue targets.
• Promote collaboration and resolve issues across global teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet contract, client, and SOP requirements.
• Drive process improvements to raise efficiency and quality.
