Syneos Health in Detroit, MI, is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee site management, monitoring and data integrity across trials. You will ensure protocol adherence, manage budgets and escalate risks to keep timelines on track.

The role requires strategic thinking, leadership of CRAs and cross-functional teams, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders worldwide while maintaining regulatory compliance and trial quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams to achieve milestones.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with trial management systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site management, clinical monitoring and central monitoring with patient safety and data integrity focus.
• Review scopes, budgets and protocols; flag risks and escalate to project manager as needed.
• Develop risk mitigations, participate in Kick Off meetings and governance reviews.
• Coordinate with functional leaders to meet site activation, enrollment and database lock milestones.
• Maintain CTMS/EDC dashboards and ensure audit trails are complete and accessible.
• Provide training to study teams on protocol specifics, CRF completion and timelines.
