Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trial Management professional to oversee site monitoring, data integrity, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will drive risk assessment, budget alignment, and protocol execution while coordinating training and dashboard tools for study teams.

The role emphasizes leadership of CRAs and Central Monitors, use of CTMS/EDC systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel and stakeholder communication are key elements of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead teams to milestones and manage international projects.
• Experience in site management and monitoring (clinical or central).
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with risk-based monitoring and budget management.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management oversight, clinical monitoring, and data integrity.
• Review scope, budget, and protocol content; ensure obligations are met.
• Identify risks and escalate to project manager.
• Participate in meetings and develop risk mitigations.
• Coordinate training and study tools, dashboards, and SOPs.
• Oversee resourcing for CRAs and Central Monitors.
• Review CTMS, EDC, and other systems for timely data.
• Interact with investigator site staff and principal investigators as needed.
• Provide status updates to clients and leadership.
• Mentor CTMs and ensure compliance.
