Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Global Study Leader to oversee global Phase I–IV trials, managing strategy, timelines, budgets and cross-functional alignment. You will serve as an SME on audits, TMF, and process design, ensuring GCP compliance and operational excellence across studies.

The role requires leading global trials, mentoring teams, and coordinating with sponsors, sites, and vendors to drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience with global trial management
• Leadership roles in clinical operations for 3+ years
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical trial systems
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
• Experience overseeing multi-center global trials

Responsibilities

• Provide global Phase I–IV trial oversight with cross-functional alignment
• Lead trial delivery, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate meetings and escalation with stakeholders
• Maintain Trial Master File and essential documents
• Manage vendor relationships and study start-up activities
• Mentor GSMs, CRAs and GSAs and lead CTWGs
• Ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs throughout the trial lifecycle
