Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Global Study Leader to direct global Phase I–IV trials, driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment. The role includes vendor management, budgets, timelines, and ensuring GCP compliance across studies.

You will mentor clinical operations teams, lead trial activities, and ensure quality and timelines while coordinating Investigator Meetings and risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience with global trial management.
• Experience in clinical operations leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global Phase I–IV trials, ensuring strategy and execution.
• Lead meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams for study delivery.
• Manage TMF, trial documents, budgets, and timelines.
• Escalate issues and provide updates to senior management.
• Oversee vendor selection, feasibility, and risk mitigation.
• Coach GSMs, CRAs, and GSAs to support professional development.
