Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations leader to oversee global Phase I–IV trials, ensure GCP compliance and drive operational excellence. You will manage TMF, budgets, timelines and cross-functional study teams across regions.

Provide mentorship to GSMs/CRAs/GSAs, lead trial working groups, and coordinate audits/inspections while ensuring timelines and quality in a dynamic biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience with global trial oversight.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional study teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Phase I–IV clinical trials and provide operational oversight.
• Oversee Trial Master File (TMF) and SME activities for Clinical Operations.
• Develop trial plans, budgets and timelines; monitor progress and risks.
• Coordinate Investigator Meetings, audits and inspections; ensure compliance.
• Mentor GSMs/CRAs/GSAs and lead clinical trial working groups.
