Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a global biopharma company focused on delivering life-changing medicines. The Global Study Leader (GSL) drives strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment for Phase I–IV trials, ensuring GCP compliance, TMF integrity, and operational excellence across studies.

In partnership with internal and external teams, you will lead global trial oversight, manage budgets, vendor performance, and risk mitigation while guiding senior leadership with timely updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience with global trial management and portfolio oversight.
• At least 3 years in clinical operations leadership roles.
• Strong organizational, time-management and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with TMF and CTMS.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and SSU processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global Phase I–IV trials with cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
• Lead trial-related meetings, delegate tasks, and escalate issues to senior management.
• Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and ensure regulatory compliance across studies.
• Develop and execute trial strategies, monitor progress, risks and mitigation with leadership.
• Manage budgets, vendor relations and external service providers; ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Lead audits/inspections and contribute to investigator meetings and trial information sharing.
