Job summary

Apollopros is seeking a Global Clinical Order Manager to lead packaging orders, coordinate across packaging facilities and global stakeholders, and ensure OTIF delivery of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) for worldwide trials.

You will drive GMP-compliant processes, manage cross-functional packaging design, support randomization and clinical trial supply strategies, and escalate risks to keep study timelines intact. A strong background in pharma supply chain and ERP tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical supply chain, or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, OMP, APO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• APICS, SCOR, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or related certifications/training.
• Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Background supporting clinical trial supply, packaging, or pharmaceutical operations.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Packaging & Order Management: Manage internal clinical packaging orders and ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs). Coordinate packaging activities across multiple clinical packaging facilities and global stakeholders.
• Packaging Design & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish and maintain Standard Packaging Designs in partnership with Clinical Supply Chain Leads and other key business functions. Collaborate closely with Materials Management, Artwork Management, Master Data Deployment teams, Packaging Operations, Quality organizations.
• Quality & Issue Resolution: Manage operational discrepancies and packaging-related quality issues in collaboration with Quality teams. Escalate significant packaging risks or delays that may affect end-to-end clinical supply timelines. Ensure activities are executed in accordance with GMP and quality standards.
• Clinical Trial Support: Enable medication randomization processes for blinded clinical studies. Support the successful execution of clinical supply strategies while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
