Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Pharmacy.
• MS or PharmD preferred.
• minimum 10 years in clinical operations with experience in early to late-stage trials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical trial strategies from planning to close-out.
• Manage CRO relationships.
• Oversee budgets and site interactions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ICH-GCP, SOPs).
• Lead team development.
• Support regulatory submissions.
