Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director, Operations Lead overseeing clinical trial management for Madrigal's MASH-focused therapeutics, including Rezdiffra. You will lead end-to-end trial planning, execution, and close-out while guiding cross-functional teams.

This role requires 10+ years in clinical operations with multi-site and international trials, plus experience with regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Pharmacy.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical operations with experience in strategic planning, multi-site and international trials, and regulatory filings (INDs, NDAs).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage clinical trial processes from planning through close-out.
• Lead and mentor clinical operations teams.
• Oversee CRO selection and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, ICH-GCP, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with biometrics and regulatory teams.
• Support regulatory submissions.
