Qualifications

• MD with a minimum of 10 years pharmaceutical development experience.
• Proven track record in senior management roles within biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Expertise in clinical trial design, conduct, analysis and interpretation of scientific data.
• Strong ability to build, train, mentor and motivate clinical development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global clinical development across drugs and indications.
• Develop and implement operational strategy, budgets and resourcing for clinical programs.
• Establish SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance across trials.
• Oversee outsourcing and vendor management with CROs and interdepartmental teams.
• Collaborate with governance bodies and senior leadership to advance pipeline compounds.
• Champion patient-focused approach and drive fast, high-quality trial execution.
