Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Director, Clinical Development to oversee the clinical/medical aspects across all phases of drug development, designing and executing Clinical Development Plans, trials and protocols in line with GCP, and coordinating with KOLs, regulators and partners.

The role requires an MD and at least 2 years of clinical drug development experience, with strong communication, analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• MD degree and a minimum of 2 years of clinical drug development experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing one or more global, clinical programs.
• Knowledge of global drug development and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to, reviews and approves study protocols and related documents for clinical trials.
• Prepares study update reports with enrollment and adverse event data.
• Monitors study timelines and vendor relationships; supports regulatory submissions.
