Job summary

Bloomberg Customer Support Representative is a role designed to assist a diverse global client base, helping users maximize Bloomberg’s products and services.

You will troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity, authentication, and application issues; support product installations, onboarding, and account access; and help clients navigate the tools and workflows they rely on to make critical business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Eligibility to start a full-time role in 2027.
• Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in financial markets and technology.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Bloomberg product issues across software, hardware, connectivity, authentication, and applications.
• Support product installations, onboarding, and account access.
• Educate clients on Bloomberg products and workflows to build proficiency and confidence.
• Collaborate with colleagues across regions to resolve complex challenges and improve service quality.
