micro1 is seeking Bloomberg Specialists and finance professionals to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world Bloomberg workflows. You’ll apply hands-on Bloomberg experience and markets knowledge to complete tasks and contribute data for AI system development.

This contractor role involves researching and analyzing securities, communicating findings clearly, and delivering high-quality written feedback according to project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Bloomberg Terminal experience in finance environments.
• Background in finance, investment management, banking, or related field.
• Experience researching and analyzing equities, fixed income, securities, market data, or portfolios.
• Ability to independently navigate Bloomberg and use common functions/workflows.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and terminology.
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project instructions.

Responsibilities

• Complete realistic Bloomberg workflows using Bloomberg Terminal and related tools.
• Navigate Bloomberg to research companies, securities, markets, and financial data.
• Use Bloomberg features for market research, security analysis, financial analysis, and portfolio analysis.
• Review and interpret financial and market data available through Bloomberg.
• Demonstrate and explain steps used to complete Bloomberg workflows.
• Identify inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent financial information.
• Document processes and provide written feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks independently and collaborate asynchronously with the project team.
