Bloomberg is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist a diverse global client base, helping users maximize Bloomberg products and services. You will troubleshoot issues, support installations and onboarding, and guide clients through workflows to build proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and customer service skills across phone, email and messaging channels.
• Interest in financial markets, technology, and client-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support across Bloomberg products and services via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity, authentication, and application issues; assist with installations and onboarding.
• Educate clients on Bloomberg workflows to build confidence and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with regional teams to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.
