ADP is hiring a Client Success Executive for Lyric HCM to drive satisfaction and outcomes across a global client book. You will partner with Product, Implementation, and Project Managers to define launch readiness and ensure value realization from Lyric HCM deployment.

In this role you will align with client stakeholders, develop success plans, monitor health, and coordinate cross-functional resources to drive renewal, expansion, and long-term partnership while maintaining executive-level

Formación

• 3–5 years managing and consulting with large, global clients.
• Experience in analytics, client relations, and executive presentations.
• Strong ability to manage contracts and renewals.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience with ADP tools and HCM solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and operationalize Client Success plans with clients' decision makers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client milestones.
