Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking a leader to build and stand up a new Client Success function. You will head a globally distributed team spanning multiple regions, owning partner relationships from onboarding to renewal.

You will design the operating model, SOPs, and performance metrics to scale a high-impact client-facing organization. You will lead regional teams, develop KPIs, and serve as the senior escalation point for strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-facing or program management teams (5+ years).
• Senior leadership experience (2+ years).
• Experience standing up or transforming a function, not just maintaining one.
• Experience leading distributed, international teams.
• Strong CRM proficiency and data-driven reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a globally distributed Client Success team across regions.
• Build SOPs, operating cadence, and KPIs for partner service delivery.
• Serve as senior escalation point for strategic partner relationships.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, timely delivery and account growth.
• Use CRM and internal systems to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
