Job summary

FMG Suite seeks a people-first leader to guide our Client Success at Scale team and own the client experience for FMG and Agency Revolution customers. You will coach a team of Client Success Managers delivering proactive, consultative engagement to a large and growing client base.

This is a player-coach role. Set the standard for client engagement at scale, develop your team, and partner with Product, Sales, and Support to turn client feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a client success, account management, or support team.
• Track record of managing retention and satisfaction across a large client base.
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven approach to client health and outcomes.
• Ability to build accountable teams and partner cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Success Managers.
• Own multi-touch outreach and monthly client touchpoints.
• Monitor client health, adoption, and retention, and address at-risk accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to drive improvements.
• Drive process improvements and report on performance to leadership.
