RapidRatings in Quincy, MA seeks a Client Services Associate to support global clients with the FHR Exchange program. You will triage inquiries, coordinate internal resources, and execute client renewals and account changes while maintaining data integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• Prior experience in a client interaction role, ideally in a high-volume CX/operations environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and maintain quality across high-volume work.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Prior experience using CRM software and CX platforms like Intercom or Zendesk.
• Strong written and oral communication skills across all levels.
• Customer oriented, tactful, and unflappable under pressure.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated with strong analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Product Support: manage and complete incoming service inquiries from across the client base; allocate work to ensure timely responses.
• Program Management: understand how services fit within client programs and lead portal demo sessions.
• Data Management: maintain integrity of the client and counterparty contacts database.
• Client Account Administration: execute administrative tasks for client renewals, expansions, and account changes.
