What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience.
  • Prior experience in a client interaction role, ideally in a high-volume CX/operations environment. Proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients and their suppliers.

  • Customer oriented: tactful, courteous, and unflappable under pressure.
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated.
  • Excellent diligence, critical thinking, and analytical skills — the instinct to ask “why do we do it this way” and follow through on a better answer.
Nice to have
  • Experience working with financial statements.
