Capital Group seeks a Strategic Client Relationship RFP Manager in Global Client Services to lead a multi-location team handling RFPs, RFIs and DDQs, coordinating with Sales, Product, Data, Legal & Compliance, and Marketing to sharpen strategy and content quality using AI and automation.
The role requires 8–10 years in RFP/proposal management or client servicing within asset management, leadership across locations, and a Bachelor's degree; office-based in Southern California with Friday remote

As a Strategic Client Relationship RFP Manager within Global Client Services (GCS), you will lead, coach, and develop a multi-location team responsible for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs that clearly communicate Capital Group's investment capabilities. You'll partner with business leaders across Sales, Product, Data, Legal & Compliance, and Marketing to anticipate client needs, strengthen proposal strategy, improve content quality, and use AI, automation, and scalable practices to drive efficiency and growth across the distribution business.
Please note, this role does require you to work in office, Monday-Thursday with the flexibility to work from home on Friday.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plan
