Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Massachusetts is seeking a Client Services Project Manager II (CSPM II) to coordinate Analysis Service projects, ensure readiness, and manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.

The role requires strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with experience coordinating multiple projects across global teams in a regulated life

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline.
• Experience in project management, client services, or life sciences operations.
• Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working across functions, locations, and global teams.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Analysis Service projects from customer commitment through laboratory readiness and subsequent project stages, ensuring prerequisites and documentation are completed within timelines.
• Support Analysis Service quoting activities, including project setup, scope definition, service selection, pricing coordination, and alignment of requirements with capabilities.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans to support efficient delivery and cross-functional alignment.
• Establish proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding requirements, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Partner with Sales while serving as the operational project contact for customers across the project lifecycle.
• Review and manage project documentation such as Agreements, Sample Forms, Work Orders, and Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with Legal and Commercial teams on contractual documentation and SOPs within the Quality Management System.
• Coordinate study logistics and readiness, including setup, sample submission readiness, receipt, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain accurate project records in designated systems.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation and escalation actions.
• Coordinate data delivery and re-delivery activities and support supplemental services as required.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with high quality and customer focus.
• Build relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to support a positive experience.
• Participate in cross-functional and global meetings with Analysis Services, Sales, Client Services, and others.
• Provide project expertise to colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing and onboarding.
