Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead global clinical study management, ensuring studies run on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and compliance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and communicate with sponsors and stakeholders.

Role requires strong leadership, extensive clinical research experience, and deep knowledge of GCP, ICH, and FDA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5–10 years of clinical research experience with project management responsibility in CRO/pharma.
• Experience leading people and cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
• Excellent English communication; proficient in MS Office and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for global clinical study management and delivery.
• Manage study progress, resources, and budget to keep on schedule and within scope.
• Mitigate risks across programs and handle escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and routine status meetings.
• Mentor and develop Project Management staff; support onboarding and training.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, FDA and SOPs.
