  • Experience working with international supply chains or origin operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across internal and external teams.
  • Preferred: PMP, CSCP, Six Sigma, or related operational excellence certifications.

Job description

The Client Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a strategic global customer, responsible for driving customer success through strong stakeholder management, program leadership, and supply chain expertise. This role leads cross functional initiatives across logistics, product, commercial, and operations teams to ensure alignment on customer priorities, operational performance, and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in supply chain management, experience managing complex customer relationships, and the ability to influence across a global matrix organization. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups, coordinate resources across regions and functions, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and translate customer priorities into measurable results.

This position is best suited for a customer focused leader with experience managing strategic accounts, leading cross functional programs, and driving end to end supply chain performance within a complex global environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building trusted customer relationships, driving accountability across diverse stakeholder groups, and delivering measurable business outcomes in complex environments. Experience supporting global supply chains, strategic accounts, and senior customer stakeholders will be critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is a plus

  • Preferred (not required): PMP, CSCP, Six Sigma, or related operational excellence certifications

Role Details

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Charlotte, NC

Travel: Limited travel required, typically 1 to 3 trips per year, to support customer QBRs, customer visits, and special projects as needed.

Salary: $95,000 – $120,000*

*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
