Qualifications

• 5–7 years in banking with BSA/AML or risk management.
• 2–4 years managing client onboarding processes.
• Expertise in BSA/AML policies, KYC, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to handle numerous unrelated issues and guide the team in BSA/AML matters.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages deadlines and onboarding compliance tasks.
• Leads recruitment and assessment of RMs with KYC/AML focus.
• Oversees IPB-BSA workflows to prevent prohibited risk onboarding.
• Acts as liaison with BSA/compliance to address audit findings.
• Ensures timely completion of unit alerts and documentations for BSA.
• Oversees due diligence for high-risk clients, IPB guidelines.
• Reviews client documentation for BSA/AML adherence and imaging quality.
• Manages OFAC hits on wires/ACH transactions as required.
• Evaluates IPB processes to meet regulatory and operational standards.
