Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of new clients and management of existing IPB clients to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with BSA/compliance to address audit findings and regulatory standards.
• Lead recruitment and assessment of RMs with expertise in KYC/AML.
• Manage workflows between IPB and BSA to streamline onboarding of foreign nationals.
• Resolve OFAC hits and ensure imaging and documentation quality.
