True North Insights in New York seeks an Associate to manage engagements from start to finish, coordinating with experts and delivering reliable, actionable insights across multiple projects daily. You will own client relationships and help shape research plans and timelines.

This role is designed for fast learners who take initiative, develop essential client-facing skills, and contribute to projects that inform strategic decisions for Tier 1/2 consulting engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.5 GPA from an accredited institution.
• 6–18 months of professional experience; internships also accepted.
• Strong verbal and written communication; English fluency essential.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; STEM OPT for F-1 holders considered.
