American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) is seeking a Manager, Global Client Group to lead the execution of our client servicing strategy for top accounts. You will drive negotiations, mentor senior client stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional actions to protect and grow premium revenue.

This role requires extensive global client-facing experience, 4–5 years in account management or consulting leadership within travel, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in account/client management, consulting or procurement leadership in travel.
• Data-driven, analytical approach to client travel programs.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the client servicing strategy through negotiations and relationship management.
• Mentor key client decision makers with effective communication and guidance.
• Identify risks to the portfolio and coordinate mitigation actions with Service Delivery Leaders.
• Drive premium revenue for top client in GCG Financial Services in a dedicated environment.
• Travel 15–20% across East Coast US and Europe time zones.
